Noborikawa Kasen Park

Noborikawa Kasen Park is a scenic riverside area in Minami Uonuma
There is a riverside parking running along the Nobori River, a tributary to the Uono River. Inside the park there is a 4 km cycling course, and people can enjoy hikes and other recreational activities as well.
The park is a popular place for young families and large groups, and sections of the river have dykes set up making water play safe for children too. Soaking your feet in the cool water is the perfect way to refresh on a hot summer day!
