At Yukiguni, Snow Country exhibition, it focuses on Yasunari Kawabata's novel "Snow Country" which is set in Yuzawa.
The other details the lifestyle and history of Yuzawa, the "Snow Country". At the other exhibition, Old Japanese lifestyle with Irori, you can take a commemorative picture with the set. The "Snow Country - The World of Japanese Paintings" gallery located on the first floor is highly recommended. This exhibit features fourteen works depicting various scenes from "Snow Country". There is another exhibition which introduces Kawabata's outfits and reproducing "the Yukiguni's heroine, Komako's" room".
