shop & taproom Flow is Shirataki Sake Brewery’s interactive facility that opened in Echigo Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture in June 2025. Mixing the snow country’s nature and sake culture, the establishment allows visitors to enjoy beautiful scenery along with Japanese sake made with snowmelt, coffee made with soft water used for sake making, ice cream made with sake lees, and more.
Along with tasting a variety of sake, there is also an English-language blending activity where international tourists can make their own Japanese sake. Whether you are a sake beginner or aficionado, you are sure to find an unforgettable sake that will become a beloved reminder of your trip in the snowy region of Echigo Yuzawa.
