The Sanjo Blacksmith Dojo offers visitors the chance to delve into the time-honored blacksmithing techniques of Sanjo City, where iron is skillfully crafted into Japanese swords and more through traditional methods.

Sanjo City has long been recognized as an industrial hub centered around metal manufacturing. It continues to uphold its blacksmithing legacy by pursuing development while embracing traditional craftsmanship. Under the guidance of skilled blacksmiths, you can try your hand at making Japanese-style nails and paper knives, or sharpening a kitchen knife.
