Aga no Sato is a roadside station and departure/arrival point where you can enjoy the seasonal atmosphere along the Agano River. The fish market, Sakana-Takumi, is one of the largest fish markets on the Sea of Japan, and you can purchase salmon and related products. You can also buy farm products, local sake, and local specialties at the local farm shops. There are even restaurants offering original meals made from local ingredients.
