Located on the right bank of the Sekiya Diversion Channel, this popular beach has excellent access from the city center and many establishments serving refreshments on the shore.
Nishikaigan Park and the Niigata City Aquarium Marinepia Nihonkai are nearby. This is a famous spot for walking and cycling too.
